Member Services Representative
Washington Electric Cooperative is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative to join our Marketing & Member Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:

Serving as the first point of contact for members

Assisting with billing questions, payments, and electric service inquiries

Posting daily payments and processing ACH/credit card transactions

Maintaining accurate member records and scanning documents

Processing service connects/disconnects, account transfers, and service orders

Providing information on programs like SmartHub, budget billing, and energy conservation
-
Supporting billing processes and assisting during outages
-
Helping with communication and marketing tasks
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1+ year of experience in billing, bookkeeping, or data processing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows

Strong accuracy, organization, and multitasking skills
-
Valid driver’s license

Non-exempt position
